If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Due to the nature of the products sold we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been adapted or customised in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights to return if a product has been received defective, however evidence will be required in order to process such a return.


If the product purchased qualifies for return then you have 7 days from purchase of the item to return the item to the address provided on your invoice.


To be eligible for a return, the following must be true;


  • Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You obtain the original¬†receipt or proof of purchase for the item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
